1. Description of Service
LandGuardian is a safety, communication, and location-tracking tool designed to help parents and guardians monitor their children. LandGuardian is an aid, not a replacement for active parental supervision or professional emergency services.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
- Pricing: LandGuardian requires a subscription fee of 99p per month.
- Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically billed the monthly rate.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Billing" section in your Profile. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Acceptable Use & Consent
You agree to use LandGuardian only for lawful purposes. You must explicitly hold legal guardianship over any minor whose device you are tracking, or have obtained the explicit legal consent of their parent/guardian. Using this app to track individuals without their knowledge or consent (stalking) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to law enforcement.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service relies on third-party networks (GPS, cellular data, internet providers) that are subject to failure. 24hr Solutions does not guarantee that location data will be 100% accurate, continuous, or error-free. SOS alerts and geofence notifications may be delayed due to network connectivity issues outside our control.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24hr Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the LandGuardian application. We cannot be held legally responsible for the physical safety of individuals monitored through the app.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
