At 24hr Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), operating the LandGuardian application, your family's privacy and safety are our highest priorities.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email, phone number.
- Child Profile: Child’s name and emergency contacts.
- Geolocation Data: Real-time GPS location.
- Payment Information: Processed via Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide tracking and alerts
- Send SOS notifications
- Process subscriptions

4. Children's Privacy
Accounts must be created by parents/guardians.

We use encryption and security measures to protect your data. Location history may be routinely managed and removed from active systems.
6. Data Deletion
Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data.
At present, we do not support deletion of individual data items (such as location history or specific records). Personal data can only be deleted by deleting the entire account.
When an account is deleted:
- All personal data will be permanently removed
- Associated child and tracking data will be deleted

- Using the “Delete Account” feature within the app, or
